Where can I buy Franberry Baking?
Shop directly through our website for local pick-up. Pick-up is available at our kitchen in the Canotek business park in Ottawa's east end or at local markets. We're currently offering pick-up on Friday evenings between 4-6 at our kitchen.
Pick-up is also available at the following markets;
Parkdale Public Market: Daily Wednesday - Sunday starting May 9th
Parkdale Night Market: Weekly on Wednesday nights starting June 3rd
Greely Good Market: Weekly on Sundays starting May 3rd
613 Flea: Bi-monthly on Saturdays year round
All orders require 4 days notice. You will be able to decide your pick-up date and location at checkout!
Do you offer delivery?
At the moment we've closed our website to delivery's. If you'd like your order delivered please send us an e-mail before ordering and we'll see what we can do! We charge $10 flat rate delivery fee within Ottawa.
How do I stay up to date on events/market schedule?
Instagram (@franberrybaking) is the best place to keep up to date on where we'll be! You can also follow us on Facebook (Franberry Baking). Click on the "Upcoming Events" tab to see what events we have planned/are signed up for.
We're full season vendors with the Parkdale Public Market, Parkdale Night Market, Greely Good Market, 613 Flea and Vegans Who Snack.
Is everything vegan?
Yes! Absolutely everything we make is vegan. We define vegan as containing no meat, fish, dairy, eggs, gelatin, honey or any other animal derived products.
Are your products halal/kosher?
By default all our products are halal since we serve no meat!. All marshmallows used are gelatin free and we do not use any alcohol in our baking.
There is no mixing of meat or dairy in our products but we are not a kosher facility nor do we source ingredients from exclusively kosher suppliers therefore our products are not suitable for someone keeping kosher.
Where do I find ingredient/allergen information?
We are currently updating our website with full ingredient lists. Please reach out if you have any allergy concerns. We produce out of a shared kitchen with possible cross contamination for all allergens including milk and eggs.
While we offer many gluten-friendly options, we are regularly using gluten in our space and cannot guarantee there has been no cross-contamination.
Where do I go for pickup?
Our shared kitchen is located at 5340 Canotek Road Unit #21. When driving down Canotek Road turn right into the parking lot and drive directly towards the fence/back of the buildings. When you reach the fence turn left and our unit is the second on your left (unit #21) with the ProKitchen sign in the window. Ring the doorbell or knock loudly. When someone answers let them know you're picking up from Franberry Baking!
Do you offer wholesale/catering?
Yes! We love wholesale and catering. We currently wholesale grocery items, frozen ready-to-bake products and baked treats to cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. Send us an email fanberrybaking@gmail.com for our wholesale sheet.

Do you do custom orders?
Yes! As long as we're able to, we love custom orders. Send us an email at franberrybaking@gmail.com with what you're looking to order. Please note that we are not currently taking orders for cakes.
